We collaborate with Australia Post for all our shipping needs. The available shipping options and their respective costs are as follows:

  • Standard Post: $10
  • Express Post: $15

For orders within Australia exceeding a total value of $100, we offer free standard shipping.

We also offer shipping to New Zealand and Canada.

2. Processing Time

We're dedicated to speed and accuracy. Hence, we process orders between 1 to 3 business days for all candles and melts and 3 to 5 business days for all 3d printed products. After processing, your order will be dispatched according to the shipping method you've selected.

3. Delivery Times

It's essential to note that delivery durations can fluctuate based on the shipping method and the recipient's location. We work tirelessly to ensure timely delivery; however, certain delays beyond our control might occur. We appreciate your understanding in such circumstances.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Fiction & Flames ships exclusively within Australia, New Zealand and Canada. In the future we might expand the countries we ship to so keep watch for any updates.
