1. Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items

If you encounter an issue with a faulty or damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You may be eligible for a full refund or a replacement once the item has been returned to us and the fault or damage has been confirmed. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

2. Exclusions to Refunds and Returns

Please note, all items purchased on sale or those which are personalised are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

3. Exchanges and Store Credit

If the scent of the product is not to your liking or if an incorrect colour has been received, we offer an exchange or store credit as a resolution. You are required to return the item within 14 days of receipt, in its original, unused condition, along with all the original packaging.

Please be aware, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the product, except in cases where the item is faulty or damaged. To safeguard your return, we recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Fiction & Flames cannot be held accountable for items lost during return transit.
