How long before my product is shipped?
- All 3d printed products are shipped within 3-5 business days.
How much is shipping?
- We offer free shipping for orders over $100 and a flat rate of $10 for parcel post and $15 for Express Australia-wide!
Do you ship overseas?
- Yes, at the moment we ship to New Zealand and Canada.
Can I cancel my order?
- We do not offer cancellation of order. However if you change your mind on colour choice please email us within 24 hours of placing your order. If the item is in stock, then we are happy to make that change.

What is your return policy?
- Didn't love your purchase? Unfortunately we are unable provide refunds for change of mind. But if the scent wasn't to your liking, we will happily offer you offer you an exchange to pick another one! Simply contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order via our online form with your Name, Email and Order number and we'll contact you directly to process your exchange. Unfortunately exchanges can only be processed on full priced items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and return at the customer's own shipping expense. If there is damage to the packaging and or product, we will not be able to accept the exchange.
- We take special care in wrapping and sending all your orders but if something has arrived defective or damage, we will happily offer a full refund or replacement of your item. Please contact us at hello@fictionandflames.com with a description of the damage and any photo evidence.
